Return shall be accepted within 7 -10 days of receipt of the particular item, if the item you have received is damaged or wrong. Return shipping cost shall be paid by the buyer.
If Consignee does not respond to Shipping Agency/Courier Company for shipment Update or receiving the shipment due to Custom Duties or any other reason, the Shipment shall be destroyed by the Shipping/Courier Company after 5 Days of Arrival at Destination and in that condition, we shall not be responsible for all this and No claim shall be accepted in that condition, filed by The Customer.

All other charges like Customs Duties or Local Taxes, if any shall be on buyer’s Account.
